These Community Guidelines establish the mandatory code of conduct across all servers, public channels, private rooms, direct messages, voice channels, stages, video feeds, user profiles, and bot operations on Furcord. Violations result in account warnings, role revocations, server deletions, permanent platform expulsion, and criminal law enforcement referrals.

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Minor Safety (Zero Tolerance)

Absolute Platform Prohibition: We maintain zero tolerance for any content that depicts, encourages, normalizes, stores, streams, or solicits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). This prohibition covers real-world photographs, animations, photorealistic media, illustrated artwork, synthetic or computer-generated files, and fictional character depictions.
Mandatory Federal Reporting: Furcord Group will immediately preserve evidentiary records and submit comprehensive cyber reports (including user metadata, IP logs, session data, and media hashes) directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Grooming & Child Endangerment: Soliciting sexually explicit communications, grooming minors, engaging in sexually suggestive talk with anyone under 18, or facilitating off-platform meetings with minors results in immediate permanent expulsion and criminal referral.

2. Minimum Age Enforcement (13+)

Furcord is restricted to individuals aged thirteen (13) and older. Users who state, joke, or confirm that they are under 13 will be banned immediately. Server owners and channel moderators are required to ban underage users from their servers upon notice.

3. Harassment, Cyberbullying, & Doxxing

Targeted Harassment: You may not engage in systematic bullying, stalking, malicious mockery, continuous unwanted direct messaging, or targeted harassment of other users.
Doxxing & Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Publishing, aggregating, trading, or threatening to release another individual’s PII without express written authorization is strictly prohibited. PII includes real legal names, physical addresses, telephone numbers, personal emails, work locations, IP addresses, family records, or financial information.
Server Raids & Coordinated Brigading: Organizing, participating in, or promoting coordinated attacks on servers or channels (“raids”), mass ping-floods, or chat spam is prohibited and will result in the banning of all participating accounts and servers.

4. Hate Speech & Violent Extremism

Hate Speech: You may not promote violence, dehumanize, demean, or incite hatred against individuals or protected groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, serious medical conditions, or physical/mental disability.
Violent Extremism: Furcord Group strictly prohibits the use of its infrastructure to organize, support, or recruit for foreign or domestic terrorist organizations, violent hate groups, violent insurgencies, or mass violence events.

5. Suicide, Self-Harm, & Eating Disorders

You may not encourage, instruct, glorify, or provide technical methods for suicide, self-inflicted cutting, or severe disordered eating. While users may discuss personal mental health recovery in designated support channels, actively encouraging or assisting someone in self-harm results in immediate platform termination.

6. Adult Themes, NSFW Spaces, & Age-Gating (18+)

Mandatory Age-Gated Flagging: All consensual adult nudity, sexual themes, and sexually explicit discussions must be confined exclusively to channels that have the platform’s Age-Gated / 18+ toggle enabled.
Public Spaces Must Be PG-13: Public discovery channels, server icons, custom banners, custom emotes, and default landing channels must remain suitable for general audiences (PG-13) and entirely free of sexually explicit material.
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Distributing, threatening to release, or hosting non-consensual sexual photographs, clandestine recordings, or non-consensual deepfake pornography is strictly illegal and will result in an immediate permanent ban and legal reporting.

7. Real-World Violence, Gore, & Animal Cruelty

Gratuitous depictions of real-world violence, dismemberment, combat executions, torture, bodily mutilation, or acts of animal cruelty, torture, and abuse are prohibited across all channels, servers, and direct messages.

8. Platform Integrity, Cyberattacks, & Fraud

Malicious Code & Exploits: You may not distribute viruses, keyloggers, token grabbers, remote access trojans (RATs), ransomware, or phishing websites.
Scams & Fraud: Financial fraud, advance-fee schemes, unauthorized cryptocurrency promotions, pyramid schemes, and account trading operations are banned.
Denial of Service Attacks: Directing denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) operations, stress-testing voice nodes, or attacking Furcord infrastructure will result in civil and criminal prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and Texas Penal Code.
Ban Evasion: Using secondary accounts, proxies, VPN routing, or hardware spoofers to circumvent server kicks, server bans, or platform-wide account suspensions constitutes a direct breach of these Guidelines and triggers an immediate ban of all associated accounts.
